I'll start by working with my preferred mortgage lender or yours if you have one to     help you pre-approved.This way you know exactly what will and won't work for you     and where you can go.

We will meet to discuss your needs and your desires. At this point I will have a very     good understanding of what you truly want. We then can see the ones that will work     only!

It's now time to get all your loan paperwork into the lender as we start looking at     homes.They will start the process and get the ball rolling.

Now we really get to looking at homes that interest you. Having already been pre     qualified you are now ready to start seeing home that will work for you.

Once we narrow down the selection I'll organize the necessary property showings     and make sure we see everything that will work for you in your price range.

I will be there every step of the way. When you or we find the home of your dreams I     will be there to consult you on the making of the offer and what to do and not to do to     make sure that your offer stands the best chance of getting accepted!

I will be there with you for inspections and through the process answering all your     questions.

At this point the lender is ready to fund the loan, the inspections are done and any     work that is called for is finished and we are ready to close.

You will go in and sign your loan documents and then in less than 48 hours usually     get the keys and you are ready to move in!
