Tip #1.-Make it hard to see your home...appointment only is best...if you really want to make it great put in there like one seller did "shown when its convenient for us"...ahh there's a guaranteed sale now!
Tip #2. Tell them how great your home is and how it is the best in the neighborhood and that it is a must see...This will really get that phone ringing now!
Tip #3. Give them all the boring info and nothing exciting...that should again get that phone working!
Tip # 4. Tell them how great the price is...my God don't they realize after all that it is YOUR home here???
Tip #5. Tell them that it is the best deal in the world...yep they are surely going to fall for that one!
Tip# 6. Tell them how great it is going to be to actually own your overprice home...oh boy...look out for the stampede now!
Tip#7. Tell them that they don't need a stinking Realtor...now we are talking!! Prepare your response ahead of time when they ask you to take the Realtors commission right off the top!! Go back to one of the above and try it again...and again...and.....
Yes indeed...these tips are guaranteed....and if they don't work....well then make that phone call....to that person that you thought made way too much and sold real estate for a living...
