There have been many people in the market for homes that are "sitting on the fence". I can understand this up until now...now with the new tax incentives that have been rolled out it makes sense to get in position to act When that Right ones does indeed pop up.

When you read about the market coming back...it' already too late...things Will head up quickly when the market comes back...
