In this article the author explains that your situation might not be as bad as you think...you could be Anna Ramirez and come home to find all your worldly possession on the front lawn damaged and strewn!
The bank foreclosed on the wrong home...in this case on her home and it was not the right now...
What a shock to come home and find that you are locked out of your own home and the police will arrest you if you try and get in!!
I am guessing the Attorney for the Ramirez's will only be taking 30% on this slam dunk?
