A New York Judge Ruled OneWest Bank/Indymac will get nothing on their $525,000 suit to foreclose on a couples home!
The bank is expected to appeal but what is this showing the banking industry? Hopefully it is sending a message that if you took TARP Bailout money you had better be really trying to work with home owners to keep them in their homes and not move to foreclose on them!
It will be interesting to see how this one pans out!
