Fannie Mae is offering 3.5% credit on purchase of their REO's for a short time!

There are many choices out there right now for purchasing. If you want some of your closing cost paid consider a Fannie Mae owned home. Right now Fannie Mae is offering owner occupied purchasers 3.5% of the sales price in the form of a credit to go toward closing costs or appliances!

That can add up if you are in the marketplace right now for a new home! I have one client right now that is getting a credit for close to $6k! Not too bad...
