Financing...it's the key to the whole puzzle...without financing in place you might as well go to the movies instead of go house shopping...or at least your Realtor will have wished that you had!
The new loan limits in Shasta County are exciting as it now brings many homes into reach that were previously out of reach for FHA buyers!
The only remaining 100% financing options are USDA and VA.
FHA is 3.5% down now and is still a great bet for those that want the low down payment.
