I have seen some pretty big hits lately by banks that were in the second and third position on some local Redding Ca homes but this one is by far the largest!
The second lost $360k and the Third recently lost $1,333,000 on a single home in Redding California! Owch.....
Some would say that it served the bank right for loaning that much on a THIRD!!!
The home is going back to the bank and should be available soon for sale....anyone interested in a $2 Million dollar home for a little over a Million?? Let us know if you want approx 50% off on one of the most Luxurious Estate type homes in Redding California?
