It's no secret that we follow behind the Bay Area here in Redding. If you were to take a poll I think you find that about 40+% or more of the residents of this area are from in or around the greater SF Bay Area.
Bay Area re-sale homes and condo's were up 16.1% from May and over 20% from June!
Here locally we are seeing some "real" bargains! Example...a recently listed short sale home in "Excellent" subdivision in Redding...Price 3-4 years ago $350-375k range...todays list price? Try $210,000....WOW....
The best ones always go quickly so if you find one you love...don't wait...
