Redding Ca News-Redding Ca Real Estate,Homeowners may have relief!
I came across an Internet site that had pre-foreclosures on it.One in particular caught by eye as it was an approx 1650 sq.ft. home and it said $56k...too good to be true? Upon investigation....yes!!
The 3rd lien holder is foreclosing on this one...so if you bid on it?? You would be getting yourself into 3rd position...with ZERO equity!!
Do your home work and make sure that you are bidding on the FIRST...not the second or in the case above the Third!
If it sounds too good to be true??? Do your Homework!
Call if you want pre-foreclosure or Trustee's sale info on any
local property...
