The inventory of active available homes is still hovering around 1250 today.There are some substantial deals in the mid to upper mid price ranges.
I have seen some 2500-3000 sq.ft homes in the $300's!! Haven't seen that in Years!
The best priced homes in good condition and in good areas are receiving multiple offers on the REO's.
If the homes sits for months and months? It's overpriced!
If it is priced right and in good shape in a good area? It sells...
