Redding Ca News-Redding Ca Real Estate,Homeowners may have relief!
There are 946 active available homes (stick built) for sale today that are not in escrow/Pending. This is one of lowest amounts in quite some time and should signal a shift if it continues and heads down as we approach spring.
Traditionally there are more homes being listed in spring time and more buyers in the market place so time will tell.
Interest remains very attractive and there is the Government tax credit that ends soon for both trade up buyers and first time buyers.
There are also Government homes that are offering to pay up to 3.5% of your closing costs for you for a limited time! Wow....I wish they had these incentive when I bought!
