Redding Ca News-Redding Ca Real Estate,Homeowners may have relief!
I just saw a new listing come out that had an * around the words "Normal sale"...I thought that was prettying interesting...many of the sales today in real estate are short sales and bank owned REO's.
The short sale should be called the "Long Sale" as there is nothing short about it...expect the patience of the one that is processing it!!
Bank owned REO's are not too bad as they have to get the property off the books as quickly as possible...even though they do NOT give them away contrary to popular believe and wishful thinking...
There are some great deals out there right now if you are in the market....the first time home buyer tax credit is coming up to expire soon so if you are in the market for a creek front property a property with land and water or a regular home now is a great time if you want to get in on the credit...
