Redding Ca News-Redding Ca Real Estate,Homeowners may have relief!
There is a lot of talk right now about AB 885 the assembly bill that is changing the way septic systems will be handled. The bill that was actually passed many years ago but not implemented yet has given way to talk and discussion on how it will impact property owners across the Golden State.
New systems that are within 600 feet of an Impaired waterway will have to install an engineered system according to the new law.
