Redding Ca-Source Freddie Mac-If you are in the market for a home right now you could not ask for better rates that what we have right now! I know I know you say.....if I just wait they might be even lower? Well......they can't go much lower than right now even if they did go lower for a short time or they would be Giving the Stuff Away!
If you look at the 30 year snapshot picture you will see that right now is an Incredible opportunity to lock in the lowest rate that you might see in the next 10/20/30 years!
I feel very confident that in some cafe in the future 5/10 years down the road there will be talk about "Remember when they were basically GIVING money away"??
Rate have one place to go when you see where they are today.....UP.....it's a matter of When and not IF......Yes with election years rates tend to be more reasonable....go figure.....
