Redding Ca News-Redding Ca Real Estate,Homeowners may have relief!
It's true....Interest rates for 25+ year loans are the lowest they have been since 1949....that's 62 years ago folks!
With rates at the lowest in the last half Century and homes back to levels around 2003-2004 right now, if you are in the market for a home now you might be able to have your cake,and eat it too!
The local inventory of homes is dropping on the MLS and REO's and Short Sales are becoming a larger part of the market.This will probably continue for a while.
