Where are you getting your Redding/Palo Cedro Real Estate Info from?

Redding Ca News-Redding Ca Real Estate,Homeowners may have relief!
Getting the information you need and want fast and without hassle.....I hear it all the time....I want info on this home or that home or....and I can't get ahold of my agent!
Where do you get your real estate information from? Is it from the Internet? Is it from the Realtor's own MLS or ?? The most accurate up to date (key words -up to Date) info is from the Realtor's own MLS-Period!! End of story.....Why? You ask?? Well the MLS is updated by the Minute and uploads nightly to Realtor .Com......so if you see something "Out there" on the Internet it may or May NOT be accurate and up to date!
I just went to an "Internet" site that showed there were 45 Properties for sale in Palo Cedro.....problem with that is the MLS says 20!! So that tells me that the "Internet" site has some OLD info they are working with or they have not had an update for quite some time!
The fact is right now....is that the inventory is actually shrinking and is getting VERY skinny in certain price bands! What that means is multiple offers in many instances on may WELL priced homes! So it's a Seller's Market in certain price ranges and for ALL well priced Bank owned homes in the lower price ranges! Sellers market.....not buyers.....
