The Redding ca real estate inventory has been under 1000 for quite some time now.The lower price ranges are seeing a lot of activity with the bank owned homes that come out of the shut at a sharp price receiving Multiple offers!
In Shasta County Today we see that there are 80 total homes in the $100-125k band with only 54 active and available!
In the $125-150k band we see 69 Active Available homes today.
In the $150k-$200k Range we have 121 Active Available homes today.
Keep in mind that if you need to finance either FHA or VA only 65 homes in the Entire County under $200k will work! That's not many and that is another reason the bank owned homes priced right from the start that Can be financed go FAST!
Upper price range homes have had a real hard time as few over a Million have sold last year.
